That is why we are on the hunt for a genuine, initiative-driven, ambitious Customer Experience Coordinator. The Customer Experience Coordinator is a full-time position based out of Voorhees, NJ, and we are looking for someone to start yesterday!

Picture this.

A homeowner just signed the biggest project they’ve ever put into their house. They’re excited, and they’re also a little nervous about who’s showing up, when, how the financing works, and who they should call if something feels off.

Then their phone rings, and it’s you, our Customer Experience Coordinator.

By the end of that call, the nerves are gone. They know the plan, and they feel more confident. From that moment until the last nail goes in, they never once wonder whether they made the right choice. The phone call from our Customer Experience Coordinator makes all the difference.

What you’ll do every day as a Customer Experience Coordinator

• Make the first impression count. Make welcome calls to new customers so they know exactly what to expect and who to call.
• Be the homeowner’s go-to person. Keep customers informed, answer questions, and make them feel like VIPs from contract to completion.
• Keep projects moving. Collect confidential payment information professionally and on time.
• Catch the details others miss. Review financing documents and home improvement contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Connect the dots. Be the link between Sales and Production so every job runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.

• Highly organized, with follow-through you’re known for; when you say it’s handled, it’s handled
• Quick on your feet and solution-first when problems pop up
• A clear, confident communicator in writing and out loud
• Comfortable living in a CRM and working on a computer all day
• Able to juggle multiple departments, priorities, and personalities with ease

What you need As A Customer Experience Coordinator:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Experience Coordinator, Concierge, Client Relations, Sales, Call Center, or Account Management
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A strong customer service background (home improvement, construction, financing, or another fast-paced client-facing role is a big plus)
• CRM and computer proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
