Job Description: Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They will also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles.
Experience and Skills required: 10 years in IT; 7 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Manager, Jira.
· SAP Treasury implementation or trading platform integration.
· Trading platform management (highly preferred).
· Familiarity with Murex implementation processes and financial system interfaces.
· Oversee JIRA boards and User Story creation to ensure project progress.
· Provide production support post go-live.
· Vendor management
· Backlog management – for 2 release
Experience Preferred: 7 years of Agile delivery experience · Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, Microsoft VB. · Hands-on experience working with APIs. · Strong communication skills; ability to lead complex, technical conversations with multiple stakeholders ( client internal and External, including Architecture and Trading teams) at varying levels of technical depth · Strong facilitation and presentation abilities · Ability to be comfortable working in an ever changing environment · Strong technical acumen, willingness to learn · Strong understanding of the Agile methodology and associated management tools · Knowledge of Lean · Functional knowledge/awareness of Treasury or Finance associated business processes and applications · Prior experience developing and supporting large, global applications and COTS implementations preferred · Managing vendor/Partner relationships · Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience.
