Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Present and explain Allstate insurance products clearly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Guide clients through the policy application and claims process with care.
Meet and exceed sales goals by identifying opportunities to serve clients better.
Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
Kansas OR Missouri Property & Casualty License.
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance sector, but open to all sales experiance.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
A genuine enthusiasm for helping people protect what matters most.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work.
Comfortable using technology for client interactions and administrative tasks.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
