Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to evaluate their coverage needs and offer appropriate protection.
Prepare personalized insurance quotes and walk individuals through the benefits of each policy.
Manage incoming requests for information with a focus on quick, helpful resolutions.
Follow up with current clients to ensure their protection keeps pace with their changing lives.
Maintain accurate records of all policy updates and interactions within our agency system.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to meet our shared agency goals and community standards.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance license
Documented experience in a sales or customer-focused role.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex insurance policies and explain them clearly.
Strong comfort level with computer systems and digital documentation.
Excellent conversational skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
Residency in or near Overland Park to work from our local office.
Salary : $60,000 - $180,000
