Job Summary
Kyco Services is a growing construction company with an established residential roofing division, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Roofing / Exteriors Service Technician to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a mobile work environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential roofing systems
- Work with a crew under the direction of a foreman to complete projects on time
- Diagnose roofing issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
Qualifications
- 2 years of construction or roofing experience
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with high-quality workmanship
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required for company vehicle)
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience installing and repairing:
- Asphalt shingles
- Metal roofing (standing seam and tuff rib panels)
- Rolled roofing
- Soffit and fascia
Preferred Experience
- Siding installation
- Commercial flat roofing systems
- (Candidates with this experience will be given priority consideration)
