- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and presentation standards
- Buss tables promptly during and after events to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent guest services and resolving any issues with professionalism
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and catering setup as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow, ensuring timely delivery of all food and beverages
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings, is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence
