We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Account Representative to strengthen and expand client relationships within the soccer specialty industry.
Job Description: The Account Representative will primarily focus on managing the partnership with soccer.com, ensuring exceptional service and tailored support across products and marketing initiatives. They will collaborate with soccer.com to develop and execute a customized business plan aligned with Kwik Goal’s corporate objectives, driving sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility. Success in this position requires building on the existing relationship, promoting our brand, and coordinating closely with soccer.com’s team to deliver strategic results.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Serve as the primary point of contact for soccer.com (the largest soccer specialty dealer in the US)
· Develop strong client relationships and maintain regular communication to understand their needs
· Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order updates
· Process orders, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery of goods
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and order accuracy
· Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to meet demand
· Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist in onboarding new clients
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product lines
· Attend trade shows, grassroots or sporting events as needed to support business development
· Provide training sessions for soccer.com sales staff & customer service
Requirements:
· Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in sporting goods, retail, or consumer products
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Organized, reliable, and result oriented
· Team player with a customer-first mindset.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
· Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
· High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sports management is preferred
· Familiarity with sports equipment, apparel, is a plus
· Passion for sports/soccer is a plus
