Account Sales Representative/Hybrid

Inside Sales Representative – Residential Home Services We are looking for a motivated, dependable salesperson to sell residential sealcoating, asphalt, concrete and outdoor services. This position begins with two weeks of in-office training. During training, you will work approximately 8 hours per day,

1. Tuesday through Friday, week 1

2. Monday thru Thursday week 2

additional weeks may be required.

You will be learning our services, pricing, sales process, customer database, estimates, and follow-up procedures. Compensation During Training - Training small hourly with small commissions on qualified sales - Hands-on sales and customer service training After successfully completing the first 2.weeks of training, the position will transition to a work-from-home sales role. Only needed in office when prior notice given due to scheduled vacations ect . Compensation After Training - Small guaranteed salary paid as a commission draw - Commission on completed and fully paid sales - Opportunity to earn more based on performance and sales volume Job Responsibilities - Speak with homeowners interested in sealcoating, asphalt, concrete and outdoor services - Follow up with leads, estimates, and previous customers - Explain services, pricing, scheduling, and project expectations - Enter accurate customer information into our CRM - Maintain consistent communication with customers - Follow sales from the initial call through project completion and payment Requirements - Strong phone and communication skills - Comfortable speaking with homeowners and asking for the sale - Dependable, organized, and able to follow up consistently - Basic computer and CRM skills - Quiet and professional work-from-home environment after training - Must be available to complete the full 2 weeks of in-office training Previous sales or home-service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
