What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive BDC Representative position at Caulfields Family Auto Sales?
Our family owned dealership is looking for a BDC representative that is ready to come in and help our team put together deals. We offer a base pay plus multiple commission/bonus incentives because our goal is to find someone motivated, professional, detail oriented, organized, and hard-working.
Responsibilities include,
- Manage all Inbound Phone &Internet inquiries in a timely manner
- Generate appointments by means of proactive lead follow-up
- Build strong customer relationships, maintain customer loyalty and positive reviews.
- Communicate effectively and work in close partnership with Management and Service Advisors to help customers with their purchase.
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs/priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
- Complete follow-up calls after service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain excellent survey scores.
We're a family owned dealership that has been in the Lehigh valley for 10 years. We have a close knit group of employees that all enjoy working with each other. We like to joke around a lot and keep the environment relaxed. Unlike most dealers we close at 5:00 The owners value and understand how important it is to be able to spend time with your family.
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
