About the Role
Provide support across the Openlink Endur platform for a major trading implementation. This is a versatile role covering market data, interfaces, user support, reporting, and general Endur troubleshooting. Ideal for someone with solid Endur fundamentals who wants to grow into a specialist role.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve incidents across all functional areas of Endur
- Support market data loading, curve validation, and price feed troubleshooting
- Assist with user administration — provisioning, role assignment, permission management, access reviews
- Support ad-hoc and scheduled report generation, distribution, and troubleshooting
- Monitor interfaces and escalate failures to appropriate teams
- Maintain and update support documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of in-flight issues
- Provide first-line technical support to business users navigating Endur workflows
What You Bring
- 1 years hands-on experience with Openlink Endur/Findur
- Solid understanding of Endur core functionality across multiple modules
- Experience with market data management in Endur — curve loading, price validation, index configuration
- Familiarity with Endur user administration and security group management
- Basic SQL skills for data investigation
- Strong communication skills — you'll interact directly with business users
- Willingness to learn and cross-train across functional areas
Nice to Have
- Experience with Endur Report Builder
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
- Interest in AI-enhanced support tools and workflows
Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
