This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and brand visibility through paid digital channels. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Paid Media Specialist will play an integral part in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring our success in a competitive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve results.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and participate in A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
- Support retargeting initiatives to engage leads and encourage conversions.
- Help with managing ad budgets, allocating spend, and tracking expenses.
- Create and share performance reports with key takeaways and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to coordinate keyword strategies and with the broader marketing team to align goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to improve campaign strategies.
- Perform other responsibilities as required to support the marketing team’s goals.
Essential Qualities
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business/marketing-related area, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfortable working with Excel and/or Google Sheets to organize and analyze data.
- Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends to guide decision-making.
- Creative thinker who enjoys crafting engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to California. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
Salary : $72,000 - $90,000
