Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of residential properties. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate negotiations, market analysis, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-driven professional who can manage leads efficiently and close deals with confidence.
This is a hybrid role based in Fresno, CA, with partial remote flexibility after training.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource, analyze, and evaluate residential property opportunities within target markets.
Conduct market research to determine property values, repair estimates, and investment potential.
Negotiate purchase terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company processes.
Manage inbound and outbound leads through CRM systems and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, agents, and investors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and transaction flow.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to management regarding acquisition activities.
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or property investment (1 3 years preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Proficiency in market analysis, property evaluation, and lead management systems (CRM).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting acquisition goals.
Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance preferred (not mandatory).
Real estate license is a plus but not required.
