Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking and coordinating ongoing projects across commercial, operational, marketing, and supplier-related initiatives
- Support internal planning, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on track
- Coordinate communications with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Help organize documents, timelines, task lists, and progress updates
- Support marketing and business development activities such as outreach, sample coordination, presentations, and content preparation
- Assist with virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate directly with leadership on operational and business support tasks
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to help the startup run efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required
- Strong interest in cosmetics, beauty, chemicals, business operations, or project management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
- Proactive, reliable, and strong at following up without close supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (email, spreadsheets, shared documents, project trackers, video conferencing)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a remote, startup environment
- Education in business, science, engineering, chemistry, biology, cosmetic science, or related fields (in progress or completed) preferred but not required
