Job Title: Inside Sales Representative III

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary: $61,900 - $99,800

Reports to: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Onsite.

KULR Technology Location: Webster, TX

Travel: Travel required as necessary.


Position Overview:

Under limited supervision, the Inside Sales Representative III generates revenue growth by working with the sales team and with the overall KULR staff team to support all aspects of the customer engagement, including follow-up and execution on any requirements or actions necessary with the expected outcome of customer satisfaction.


Functions:

  • Responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls.
  • Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities.
  • Reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services.
  • Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets.
  • Develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits.
  • May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team.
  • Meet or exceed KULR targets for revenue, design wins, and customer acquisition.
  • Review customer Contracts/P.O., SOW (Statement of Work), Terms and Conditions, and written deliverables.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to achieve customer results.
  • Provide and maintain customer satisfaction survey.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-7 years of related experience.
  • Science, technology or math background preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Ability to comprehend and absorb technical product knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge in the use of Salesforce and NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP software.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Intermediate use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

Office Work Environment

Sedentary work. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and viewing a computer terminal. Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, which permits the employee to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person. Frequently operate a personal computer/Laptop (90-100% of the typical workday) and other office equipment. Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permit the employee at a computer workstation for an extended period. Occasionally Exerting up to 5-10 pounds of force lifting and carrying.
