Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Sugar Land, TX, for an Equipment and Rental Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing customer accounts, negotiating sales and processing rental agreements. The representative will also coordinate with the service and parts departments, organizing equipment inventory to provide comprehensive solutions to our customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
- Proven skills in Sales, Sales management and negotiation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the equipment rental and sales industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent: additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus
