The CL Specialist – Clerical will concentrate with the discrepancies and will be working directly the with customer and will assist in adding some processes in warehouse to provide the customer with information on handling faulty units. The CL Specialist – Clerical position will be in the warehouse 100% of the time. The shift you will support is the 1st shift 4 am to 2:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

- You will perform administrative tasks for area or shift
- Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- You will work with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
- Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.
- Manage the WMS system, update area or shift metrics.
- You will be the secondary support of local team.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer service experience working in a warehouse
- Knowledge order management systems or Manhattan
- Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Person with analytical skill and having excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel knowledge), SQL etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WH operations
- Good communication & customer handling skill
- Should have WMS/SAP knowledge
