Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. - Manage communication related to policy administration, including renewals, updates, and service needs for assigned accounts.
- Prepare renewal specifications and required documentation proactively and accurately.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance for assured parties in a timely manner.
- Coordinate account servicing activities, including reviewing and processing policy changes, additions, deletions, cancellations, and renewals.
- Liaise with underwriters to facilitate policy updates and resolve account inquiries.
- Review loss run reports and monitor claim status for assigned accounts.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflow processes and recommend solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- 3 years in insurance account servicing, policy administration, or a related client service role (commercial lines preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and underwriters.
- Ability to understand insurance coverages, policy language, and program structures, and communicate them clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify workflow gaps and propose improvements.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office and insurance-related systems/tools.
