Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA.
- Strong experience with SQL Server Administration (Installation, Configuration, Upgrades, Patching).
- Expertise in High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) including Always On Availability Groups, Clustering, Log Shipping, Backup & Recovery.
- Strong Performance Tuning experience (Query Optimization, Index Tuning, Execution Plans, Deadlock Analysis).
- Hands-on experience with T-SQL, database security, and production support.
- Experience with 24x7 enterprise production environments and incident management.
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automation is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and change management.
- Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.

- Azure SQL / AWS RDS SQL Server
- SSIS
- Splunk, Redgate, SolarWinds
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
