Job Title: Administrator – Digital Network

Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Network Administrator (L1) with hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience with Cisco networking, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, FortiGate firewalls, and basic exposure to Cisco DNAC and Cisco ISE. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day network administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and supporting enterprise network security.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Cisco routers and switches in an enterprise environment.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions, preferably Infoblox.
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, NAT, and VPNs.
- Support Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network monitoring, device inventory, and basic configuration management.
- Assist with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) administration, including endpoint onboarding and authentication troubleshooting.
- Support proxy solutions such as Bluecoat or Forcepoint (preferred).
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, and firewall-related issues.
- Monitor network health and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and routine maintenance activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities as required.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Network Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Experience administering FortiGate firewalls.
- Basic knowledge of Cisco DNAC and Cisco ISE.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs.
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems and incident management.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
