We are looking for an experienced Datacenter Technician to support data center operations, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting in a Datacenter environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Rack and stack servers, storage devices, and network equipment
✅ Perform hardware troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
✅ Replace faulty components, including disks, memory, and power supplies
✅ Handle power/network cabling, cable management, labeling, and network patching
✅ Perform power cycling, rebooting, and routine hardware health checks
✅ Maintain accurate asset tags and hardware change records
✅ Coordinate with remote engineering teams during troubleshooting
✅ Follow data center safety, security, and compliance standards
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Strong understanding of server and network hardware
✔️ Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack and hardware break-fix activities
✔️ Knowledge of cabling, labeling, and port verification
