Job Summary
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automation capabilities
supporting enterprise network operations. The role focuses on automating network
diagnostics, configuration management, compliance validation, change execution and
operational workflows using Ansible, Python and modern DevOps practices.
The engineer will work closely with Network Operations, Network Engineering and
Observability teams to reduce manual effort and improve operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Ansible playbooks for network diagnostics, configuration deployment and
operational workflows.
Build automation for multi-vendor enterprise networks.
Develop Python and NodeJS utilities supporting network operations.
Integrate automation with monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, CMDBs and notification
systems.
Automate configuration backup, compliance validation and drift detection.
Build automated diagnostics for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN and firewall
environments.
Create reusable automation libraries and playbook repositories.
Support CI/CD pipelines for automation content.
Participate in troubleshooting complex network issues using automation.
Maintain automation documentation and coding standards.
