Role 1: Technical Analyst – OSD & Support Engineer – Citrix Cloud, AWS, RPA
Responsibilities
• Provide engineering support for Windows 10/11 endpoints and virtual workspace environments, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
• Design, manage, and troubleshoot OSD (Operating System Deployment) using SCCM/MECM (task sequences, driver packs, application injection, post-build steps, deployment failures).
• Administer and support Intune/Endpoint Manager for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and update rings.
• Support Citrix Cloud services (e.g., DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops), including troubleshooting user connectivity, session performance, workspace app issues, and integration dependencies.
• Support AWS-hosted infrastructure components associated with VDI/endpoint services (basic administration, connectivity, monitoring, and incident triage).
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across endpoint build, patching, application delivery, authentication, network dependencies, and VDI user experience.
• Perform problem management activities: trend analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective/preventive actions, and documentation/runbook updates.
• Automate repetitive support and deployment tasks using scripting and/or RPA (based on team tools and standards).
• Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and release validation for OSD/VDI/Intune changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and support handoffs to L1/L2 teams.
Must-Have Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on support experience with Windows 10/11 (installation, troubleshooting, performance, logs).
• Strong experience with SCCM/MECM OSD:
• Task sequences, PXE/boot media, drivers, imaging troubleshooting
• Application packaging/deployment basics, client health concepts
• Working experience with Microsoft Intune: enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, app deployments, Windows updates.
• Working knowledge of Citrix Cloud administration and troubleshooting (user access, session issues, policies, profile/performance basics).
• Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals (EC2, networking basics, IAM awareness, monitoring/logging concepts) as they relate to hosted services.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills across endpoint, VDI, identity, and network dependencies.
Experience & Requirements
• 5 years of overall experience in end-user computing (EUC)/endpoint engineering and support within a medium-to-large enterprise environment, with demonstrated ownership of production services.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Intune/SCCM/MECM OSD and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• 2 years of experience supporting Windows 10/11 at scale.
• 2 years of experience supporting AWS and Citrix Cloud/Citrix DaaS or Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Proven experience in incident and problem management.
• Experience building or supporting automation/RPA applications.
Role 2: Sr Technical Analyst – SCCM/OSD Windows and macOS
Responsibilities
• Perform complex technical engineering tasks remotely or at customer site to meet business and contractual requirements
• Lead design and implementation of enterprise endpoint management solutions for Windows and macOS platforms
• Manage and deliver OS deployment solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (OSD, task sequences, imaging, packaging)
• Implement and support modern provisioning using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, comanagement, compliance policies)
• Manage macOS device lifecycle using JAMF Pro
• Coordinate small technical teams and ensure delivery of work packages aligned with company processes
• Design and maintain Co-Management and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) architectures
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, deployment standards, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal and customer procedures
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and produce technical reports
Experience & Requirements
• 8 years of experience in endpoint engineering
• Strong experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, and JAMF Pro
• Experience with WSUS, MDT, patching
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Role 3: Sr Technical Analyst – JAMF Engineer
Responsibilities
• Lead administration and configuration of JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS device management
• Manage Chromebook deployment using Google Admin Console
• Deploy macOS applications and enforce CIS benchmarks
• Maintain compliance and security standards
• Automate deployment workflows
• Integrate JAMF with enterprise systems
• Manage device lifecycle and documentation
Experience & Requirements
• 7 years of JAMF Pro experience
• macOS and Chromebook management expertise
• CIS benchmark knowledge
• Scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript)
Role 4: Technical Analyst – Vulnerability Management & Security Tools Deployment
Responsibilities
• Manage vulnerability lifecycle and remediation
• Support PCI compliance and audits
• Perform patching across Windows, macOS, Citrix/VMware VDI
• Deploy security tools using SCCM/Ivanti
• Provide L3 support and documentation
Experience & Requirements
• 4 years in SCCM, patching, vulnerability management
• Experience with Citrix/VMware VDI
• Knowledge of PCI compliance
• Strong troubleshooting skills
Role 5: Sr Technical Analyst – Application Packaging and Software Delivery
Responsibilities
• Perform application discovery, packaging, testing, and deployment for Windows and macOS environments
• Build and maintain application packages in MSI, MSIX, PKG formats
• Deploy applications using SCCM and Intune
• Perform Intune packaging (Win32 apps, detection rules, etc.)
• Manage macOS deployment using JAMF Pro
• Troubleshoot deployment issues across SCCM, Intune, VDI
• Monitor deployment success and compliance

Experience & Requirements

Role 6: Sr Technical Analyst – GPO Engineer
Responsibilities
• Lead Group Policy design and governance
• Implement enterprise policy strategy
• Drive GPO to Intune migration
• Administer GPO using Quest GPOADmin
• Enforce CIS, STIG, NIST frameworks
• Use Tanium for compliance
• Troubleshoot GPO/MDM issues

Experience & Requirements
