Job Title: Desktop Support technician
Location: Detroit MI
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our Field Service Operations team. If you have strong technical skills and a customer-first mindset, this could be a great opportunity!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Deskside & break-fix support, IMACD, device setup & configuration
• Manage ticket queues, SLAs, and incident resolution
• Support Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, printers & mobile devices
• Coordinate with vendors & L3 teams
• Provide onsite support for events, projects & DR situations
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
• Experience in diverse desktop environments
• CompTIA A (preferred)
• Willingness to travel & handle on-call support
