The Account Manager is responsible for driving account growth, recruitment delivery, and client satisfaction within MSP, SOW, or service integrator environments. This role manages the end-to-end staffing lifecycle, including client relationship management, recruitment oversight, vendor coordination, and candidate delivery.
The Account Manager works closely with client hiring managers, internal recruiting teams, and vendor partners to ensure high-quality talent delivery, meet SLAs, and expand business opportunities. The position requires strong stakeholder management, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Account Growth & Business Management
- Drive growth within assigned accounts by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
- Identify and secure new opportunities within existing clients, including obtaining signed Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to track milestones, deliveries, and overall account performance.
- Understand project pricing structures and margin requirements to ensure profitable engagements.
- Forecast client hiring needs and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet anticipated demand.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional account management and customer service to existing clients.
- Develop strong relationships with client hiring managers and procurement teams through regular interaction.
- Manage client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) while ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Serve as the primary advocate for the client internally and for the company externally.
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in candidate submissions and hiring processes.
- Handle client escalations effectively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Recruitment Delivery Oversight
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with internal recruiting teams to clearly communicate client requirements and hiring expectations.
- Drive the delivery process from win to kickoff and ongoing follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining high candidate quality standards.
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and relationship management to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines across multiple roles and clients.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes to ensure successful candidate joinings.
- Monitor candidate retention and mitigate drop-off risks.
Requirements:
- 5 years of staffing sales experience in IT, consulting, or technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT, Digital, Cloud and Cybersecurity.
- Proven success with direct clients & long-term account growth.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
