🚀 Hiring: IT Field Support Technician

📍 Location: Watertown, NY

⏳ Duration: 6 Months


We are looking for a hands-on IT Field Support Technician to provide deskside and on-site technical support across multiple locations.

🔧 Key Skills:

• Desktop/Laptop, Printer & Mobile Device Support

• Windows 11, Office 365, Teams

• Azure, Intune, Active Directory

• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)

• Basic LAN & Video Conferencing Support

💼 Role Highlights:

• 2nd Line IT Support & Troubleshooting

• OS Imaging, Software Installation & Hardware Support

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

• Travel required (own vehicle needed)
