Lead Software Engineer - AI and Workflow Platforms (12 overall years of exp with 5 years of experience in Python and 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/Gen-AI)
Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to architect, design and deliver an enterprise scale servicing platform.
This role focuses on system design, technical direction and engineering rigor, development and operational excellence.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in backend and distributed system design
- Strong experience in Python, Google ADK
- Experience in Agentic environments
- Strong MongoDB or any NOSQL
- Experience in Asynchronous APIs
- Hands-on Experience in MCP, Kafka/Queues, workflows
- Exposure to Banking domain (KYC, Onboarding, Banking)
- Hands-on experience in microservices based architecture
- Hands-on experience to cloud-native environments
Agile and Delivery Practices
- Proven leadership in Agile based delivery
- Strong experience in estimations and grooming
- Guide teams on delivery and velocity management
Leadership Expectations

- Review designs, code, quality and integration patterns
