Responsibilities:
- Lead backend development and technical design initiatives
- Architect and implement microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Develop RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Core Java (Java 8/11/17 )

- Microservices Architecture
- Kafka / RabbitMQ
- REST APIs, Postman, Swagger
- Hibernate / JPA
