One Year Contract
- Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (required in-person days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - Please note, the first month of work will be onsite 5 days/week for onboarding.

- Experience as a Business Analyst (3 years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3 years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Azure DevOps Knowledge – or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3 years)
- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3 years)
- Experience with creating product roadmap (3 years)
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3 years)
- Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) (3 years)
Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
This position has on-site/in person workdays of Tuesday/Wednesday (must work 8 hours per day in office on those two days, no exceptions).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
