Marketing & Event Coordinator 

Are you organized, plan-oriented, and flexible enough to evolve with a fast-growing company? KS is hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and events across KS Management, KS Mortgage Group, KS Landscaping, KS Maintenance, and our upcoming 
event center coming in 2026. This role is ideal for someone with experience in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Marketing Manager to support marketing efforts across all KS brands
• Support semi-annual expos, monthly seminars, and community outreach events (some evenings and weekends required)
• Create and schedule social media content
• Assist with video creation (filming, editing, repurposing)
• Attend and capture marketing material at events (photos, interviews, footage)
• Update and distribute digital and print marketing collateral
• Maintain marketing inventory and giveaways
• Assist in co-marketing efforts for local businesses based on the KS model
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation and productivity
• Track metrics and provide simple engagement reports
• Coordinate vendors and advertising needs for print, billboard, and digital campaigns
• Flexibility to grow in the role as company services expand

Tools You'll Use:

• Canva or similar design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Video editing software (iMovie, CapCut, etc.)
• Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Metricool
• Wix or similar CMS
• Google Workspace

Salary : $40,000 - $48,000
