Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take and interpret digital radiographs
Conduct oral health assessments and patient education
Collaborate with the dentist to create personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records in our modern practice management system
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
Requirements
Current Minnesota Dental Hygienist License
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience with digital charting and X-rays preferred (training provided if needed)
Schedule
Full-time, 4–5 days per week (no evenings or weekends — we’ll discuss your ideal schedule during interviews)
