We are seeking an experienced HR Systems professional to lead the integration of Workday into Oracle HCM. This role will focus on aligning HR processes, data, and systems to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining organizational efficiency and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the integration of Workday HR modules into Oracle HCM (compensation, recruiting, performance management, requisitions).
Map data fields between systems, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful migration.
Provide oversight of project planning, execution, and reporting.
Act as a backup for benefits and payroll functions if needed.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all HR system integrations.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management, or related field.
5–7 years of HR systems experience with strong background in compensation and benefits.
Hands-on Workday experience required; Oracle HCM strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex HR system projects in a global environment.
Strong Excel/data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
