Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and industrial solutions sector, is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Workday Oracle to join their team. As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources support team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless HR system integrations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Integration Specialist Workday Oracle

Location: Arvada, Colorado

Pay Range: $60-$80/hr DOE plus OT/Benefits

What's the Job?

• Lead the integration of HR systems from Workday to Oracle HCM, focusing on modules such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and requisitions.
• Map critical data fields between platforms and identify gaps or inconsistencies to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align with organizational standards and operational needs.
• Serve as a backup for benefits and payroll functions, supporting smooth HR operations.
• Manage project timelines, oversee execution, and provide detailed reporting on integration progress.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience working with HR systems, particularly with Workday; Oracle HCM experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience managing complex system integrations in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
