Position Summary

Provide subject matter support for multiple financial systems (i.e., Oracle, Dodeca, Essbase, REM, FCCS, EDMCS, Smart View, etc.). Provide technical assistance, training, and support for incoming queries and issues related these financial systems. Understand current data context, processes and availability, and how current data processes and existing data can be leveraged to achieve the desired benefits. Duties include locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating or modeling, validation and testing to confirm the accuracy of the information created. Monitor the help desk for inquiries specifically relating to user security, budget, forecast, Essbase, Dodeca, and other related items (e.g., Azure). Maintain secondary responsibilities related to data keeper of REM and DLT data changes. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide support to all finance departments in regards to systems, analysis, research and governance
  • Identify stakeholder groups who require additional knowledge to expand adoption/usage
  • Escalate slow responses and/or issues to Manager
  • Work collaboratively with other Analysts and KTD to identify and resolve inquiries
  • Assist in preparing, creating, changing, and cleansing Master Data
  • Perform the primary Oracle, Smart View, and Dodeca support role for the enterprise
  • Identify and assist in resolution of issues related to data quality, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness
  • Assist in resolution and documentation of data-related corrective and preventive actions
  • Document and report key process indicators and quality measurements
  • Participate in projects involving Master Data or Financial Systems and assist technical teams with the execution and of testing and defect management
  • Collect and maintain metadata for key Master Data objects
  • Perform data-quality monitoring and measurement activities
  • Update business process documentation and end user documentation for the creation and maintenance of Master Data
  • Provide training related to Master Data creation and maintenance
  • Support activities to harmonize, standardize, and Globalize processes related Master Data

  • Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Any prior accounting center or audit experience
  • Any experience in a public company, an accounting center or public accounting firm, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience working with financial systems
  • 2 years of experience in governance, internal control, and/or master data
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems, prioritize workloads and shift resources
  • Ability to work successfully across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong understanding of relational and/or OLAP databases
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Desired Previous Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Management, Computer/Information Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related fields; or equivalent experience
  • Any experience with Oracle, Dodeca, Essbase, REM, FCCS, EDMCS, Smart View, FRS
  • Foundational knowledge of data governance and internal controls (e.g., data validation rules and approval processes)
  • Foundational knowledge of data architecture concepts (e.g., hierarchies, mappings, reporting impacts)
