As a Loan Support Analyst - Specialty, within PNC’s Cash and Funding organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location and goes into the Cincinnati office at a minimum of twice per month. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am EST – 5:30 pm EST.

As a Loan Support Analyst, you will be an individual contributor of the funding team funds requests submitted by all areas of Equipment Finance (Aviation, Vendor, Direct). This is a high-risk role that adheres to controls and procedures that help mitigate risk. Within this you will fund disbursement request from multiple queues, answer questions via phone, email and/or teams, conducting research when necessary and answer questions for LOB's related to funding.

Attention to detail is crucial to ensure deals are being properly funded and all necessary material is accurate and accounted for. Within this role, you will learn to be efficient in multiple systems such as LeaseWave, SharePoint, Pinacle, BMO, and Outlook Mail.

Job Description
Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements.
Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements.
Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions.
Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Supports work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures.
Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
