Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences, ensuring all spaces are spotless and inviting
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance
- Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene and safety
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to tackle deep cleaning projects when needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to established protocols for hospitality environments
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities and maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
