There will be inbound applicants, but the biggest opportunities will come from outbound prospecting. That means making calls, starting conversations, and turning curiosity into commitment.

You’ll be responsible for guiding candidates from first phone call to in-person meeting to fully onboarded within our brand. This is not just about recruiting. It is about sales, influence, energy, and follow-through.

Your minimum is 100 outbound calls per day. With our tech and targeting system, the top performers hit that and keep going. The more calls you make, the more people you invite in. The more conversations you drive, the more lives you positively impact.

You’ll be measured by:

• Number of outbound calls
• Number of meaningful conversations
• Number of candidates onboarded

You must be confident on the phone, comfortable overcoming objections, and capable of telling people exactly what they need to hear. You should enjoy selling and thrive in a role where fast action creates real results.
