As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll help people take their next step in the home buying or selling process. This means connecting with prospects, asking the right questions, and setting appointments that create opportunities for our agents to succeed. If you’re someone who enjoys conversations, is curious by nature, and wants to learn how to turn interest into results, this role is for you.What You’ll Do


  • Connect with leads: Call, text, and email inbound and outbound prospects to qualify interest and schedule appointments.
  • Build relationships: Establish trust quickly with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy.
  • Follow up effectively: Ensure leads are contacted promptly (within minutes) and nurtured until they’re ready to move forward.
  • Stay organized: Keep accurate notes in our CRM system to support smooth follow-up and team communication.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to share insights and celebrate wins together.

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary
