What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Contractor position at Kris Lindahl Real Estate?
If you are a general contractor with multiple crews and real residential remodeling volume under your belt, this could be for you. I wasn't going to post this publicly. But we need the right partners to see it.
The opportunity
For almost two decades we have built a brand that has become a household name. You have seen it. You have heard it. Consumers turn to us for all things real estate.
The brand is scaling rapidly right now, and our remodeling pipeline is scaling with it. We are selling more homes, taking on more projects, and generating more work than our current remodeling crews can absorb.
So we are opening the door for a small number of new general contractor partners.
Multiple crews required. High volume residential remodeling experience required. Reputable operators only. Must be able to scale quickly.
Who this is for
You run a general contracting business. You know residential construction inside and out. Framing, plumbing rough-ins, electrical, drywall, cabinets, tile, flooring, paint, punch list. You have done thousands of them and you know exactly how long each one should take.
You have multiple crews. Not one crew you shuffle from job to job. Actual capacity to take on multiple projects at the same time and finish all of them on schedule.
You can handle high volume. Not "we could probably do more work if we had it." You are built for volume. Your systems, your team, your subs, your supply chain - all of it is set up to run hard.
You have a reputation. Homeowners talk about you. Other trades talk about you. The reviews are there. The referrals are there. The finished product speaks for itself.
You show up when you say you will. You finish when you say you will. You communicate when things change. You do not disappear mid-project.
You are proud of your work. When something is not right, you make it right. Because your name is on it.
What you'll do
Partner with us on residential remodel projects at real volume.
Take on multiple projects at once. Deliver quality work on time. Communicate proactively with our team. Solve problems in the field before they become problems on the file.
You focus on running your crews and delivering the work. We focus on keeping the pipeline full.
Our LET'S GO core values
We operate by these and we partner with contractors who match them.
Learning. We are relentlessly curious and never finished growing.
Empathy. We lead with understanding for our clients, our colleagues, and our community.
Tenacity. We don't stop. We don't quit. We find a way.
Staying Positive. The environment we create is a choice we make every day.
Generosity. We give our time, our knowledge, and our energy without keeping score.
Owning It. We take radical responsibility. No excuses. No deflection. Just results.
This is not just houses
Behind every remodel is a family. Someone getting their forever home ready. Someone renovation the property so the next family can move in. Someone chasing a fresh start.
They are trusting us to deliver. When you take a project on with us, you are stepping into that trust. Every finish, every timeline, every walkthrough matters.
Do not apply if
You do not have multiple crews.
You have never handled high volume.
Your reviews are thin or your reputation is questionable.
You disappear mid-project.
You cut corners on quality when nobody is watching.
What you get
A consistent, growing pipeline of residential remodel work from one of the most recognized real estate brands in the country.
A partner who pays on time and communicates clearly.
The chance to grow your business alongside a brand that is scaling faster than almost anyone in the market.
How to apply
Reach out now. Tell me how many crews you run, the number of remodels you completed last year, your typical project range, and the areas you cover. Send links to reviews or recent projects. Skip the sales language. I want the specifics.

P.S. If you personally don't have crews, we do offer compensation for any introductions that you know to large GCs who can handle this.
