Job Title: DIGITAL Marketing Campaign Specialist

Location: Dayton, OH - Hybrid

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
Reports to: Director of Marketing

Job Summary: As Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist you'll be integral in supporting key brands within life sciences sector, driving HubSpot CRM initiatives and executing targeted marketing strategies to foster growth within the Revenue Operations organization. You will leverage your expertise in HubSpot to ensure impeccable data hygiene, enhance sales enablement, and build effective workflows and email nurture campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Organize and segment leads in HubSpot, applying advanced lead scoring techniques to prioritize and manage leads effectively.
  • Funnel Science: Build and maintain pipeline models, demand generation models, and predictive models for the organization. Optimize funnel processes, procedures, and standards to maximize funnel efficiency.
  • Email Marketing and Automation: Design and automate personalized email sequences that respond dynamically to lead behaviors and interactions, effectively nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Develop workflows and sales content that are easily accessible and optimized for different stages of the buyer’s journey. Ensure seamless integration and data flow between sales and marketing teams.

Workflow Automation: Set up automated workflows in HubSpot that trigger specific sales actions based on customer behavior, such as sending a follow-up email after a form fill or quote request.

CRM and System Integrations: Collaborate with agency partner to implement and optimize the technical integration of HubSpot CRM with webstore platforms, ERP systems, and related software.

Performance Reporting: Build custom dashboards in HubSpot to track the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights that help refine strategies and improve ROI.

  • A/B Testing Campaigns: Conduct A/B tests on various elements of email campaigns and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and determine the most effective approaches for engaging leads.
  • Sales Playbook Development: Collaborate with sales teams to create detailed playbooks in HubSpot, outlining standard operating procedures for different sales scenarios, ensuring consistency and efficiency in sales interactions.
  • Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training sessions for sales and marketing teams on utilizing HubSpot features effectively, focusing on best practices for lead management and campaign execution.

Qualifications:

HEAVY DIGITAL MARKETING BACKGROUND // HUBSPOT

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with HubSpot CRM, with a strong understanding of its marketing and sales hubs, including lead segmentation, funnel science, and building workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute data- oriented marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working with RevOps organizational model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • HubSpot certifications are a must.These activities are designed to foster a cohesive, data-driven environment where sales and marketing efforts are closely aligned within a RevOps organizational model, maximizing efficiency and driving growth within life sciences sector brands.This position is ideal for someone who is data-driven, experienced in email marketing, and proficient in managing and optimizing the HubSpot CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
