Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $107,000-$134,000

Kratos has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planner/Analyst with the following job responsibilities:
- Lead EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
- Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
- Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.
Experience And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience with EVMS tools (Deltek COBRA), reporting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.
- Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
- Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.
- Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulers
- ANSI 748 DCMA Audit experience
