Kratos has an opportunity for a Financial Planner / Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
- Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
- Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 7-10 years industry experience
- Master knowledge of COBRA EVMS Software / Acumen Fuse Software.
- System Ownership & Compliance: Act as the primary custodian of the System Description Documentation (SDD), ensuring it meets all 32 EIA-748 guidelines. Experience with Acumen Fuse / Finance.
- Lead the organization through DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
Preferred Skills and Responsibilities
- Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
- Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.
- Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulers

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $125,000-$145,000
