- Develop full vehicle ADAMS models to support:
- Engine and Electric Drive Unit (EDU) mount development studies
- Body mount development studies
- Ride comfort evaluations (using single input and various road surface profiles)
- Motion envelope creation for EDU and engine systems under various load conditions.
- Maintain and update existing ADAMS models, incorporating changes to tire models, flexible body structures (MNF files), and road input data.
- Ensure model output aligns closely with previously established results from engineering service providers to maintain continuity for ongoing tuning and development.
- Integrate updated parameters such as bushing and mount stiffnesses, chassis parameters, and flexible bodies into the models.
- Strong experience with ADAMS modeling and simulation.
- Understanding of vehicle dynamics and vibration principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
