Position: Sr. E-Commerce Product Manager
Contract to hire
Location: Hybrid, onsite 3x (T-Th) FTL
We are looking to engage a seasoned eCommerce Product Manager. This role is initially for a contractor with the potential for hire based on performance and cultural fit. The position will lead the strategy and optimization of our booked guest digital experience across web and mobile platforms, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to enhance itinerary management, upsell opportunities, and personalized guest interactions.
We are looking for candidates with the following key qualifications:
- 10 years of product management experience, including 5 years in eCommerce or digital platforms.
- 3 years managing SFCC-based products with deep expertise in Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Business Manager, and integrations.
- A proven track record of launching and optimizing customer-facing digital products.
- A strong data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, etc.).
- A background in travel, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
