Competitive Pay Structure:

• Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
• Shift Differentials: Available for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Annual Range: $72,800 - $87,360 (based on 40-hour weeks)

As an Electronics Technician II, you'll be the technical expert ensuring optimal performance of sophisticated industrial systems. This role combines autonomous problem-solving with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical/mechanical systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and gear/drive components
• Troubleshoot and edit PLC programs (Allen Bradley & Siemens platforms)
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime
• Lead root-cause analysis and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior technicians and support skills development
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE compliance standards

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
• PLC troubleshooting and programming proficiency (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems
• Electrical diagnostics and repair capabilities
• Preventative maintenance program experience
