Business Process/Analyst

- Financial services experience
- Experience with AML/Fraud a plus
- Experience with Actimize a huge plus
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of experience in a financial services environment, with exposure to business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination across cross-functional teams
- Foundational knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance considerations
- General understanding of IT systems and business operations
- Strong organizational, time management, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with change management concepts and performance measurement practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to see the broader business impact
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
