We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. This role oversees daily accounting functions, manages a team of accounting professionals, and ensures compliance with GAAP while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Salary: Starting at $90,000 , based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Support annual budget development and capital planning
- Coordinate annual audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10–15 accounting staff
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong reconciliation and financial reporting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Healthcare accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- 5 years of accounting experience in a complex financial environment
