What You'll Be Doing
✅ Coordinating daily job site operations and keeping crews on track
✅ Scheduling subcontractors and vendors efficiently
✅ Serving as the go-to contact for clients throughout each project
✅ Tracking timelines, flagging issues early, and keeping documentation tight
✅ Conducting site visits, walkthroughs, and quality inspections
✅ Keeping permits, records, and project notes organized and up to date
What We're Looking For
🔹 Strong communicator and natural problem-solver
🔹 Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
🔹 Construction, trades, or home improvement experience is a plus
🔹 High school diploma required; degree a bonus
🔹 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
🔹 Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told
