What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT PM Cook position at KOURY CORPORATION?
The Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum is currently seeking a PT Cook for PM shifts with an occasional AM Shift. Typically hours will be as follows:
AM Hours: 5am-11am
PM Hours 5pm-11pm
Duties will include:
- Preparing meals according to recipes and Chef instructions
- Maintaining a neat and clean work station
- Following all safety protocols
- Paying attention to plating and presentation
