Job Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and engage in friendly conversation.
- Understand the guest's preferences and recommend personalized drinks.
Bar Set-up and Maintenance
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Efficient Service
- Prepare and serve drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to synchronize beverage service with food courses.
- Must have great customer service skills and be very detail oriented.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment.
