Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Handle food safely and responsibly, following all health and safety regulations.
- Support the serving staff during busy periods, including assisting with catering events and banquets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through attentive service and knowledge of menu items.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
